For PA CPAs, bookkeepers & attorneys

Your clients need a PA CROP. You probably don't want to be in the state filings business.

Every Pennsylvania LLC, corporation, and registered entity needs a Commercial Registered Office Provider under 15 Pa. C.S. § 109. Most of your clients have no idea what that means — or that the 2027 annual report rule now triggers administrative dissolution. Partner with us. We handle the filings and the registered office. Your clients stay taken care of. You earn recurring revenue on the connection.

It's April. A client calls: "The state is going to dissolve my LLC. Can you help?"

You're in the middle of tax season. Extensions, S-corp returns, IRS correspondence. Now a client you've been serving for four years — and whose PA filing history you had no formal responsibility for — is panicking about a Department of State notice.

You can either: (a) quote them a fee to handle it, which you don't really want to do because PA state filings aren't your core work and the margin doesn't justify the risk; or (b) tell them you don't do that, which makes you the wrong answer in a moment when they trusted you with the question.

The third option: refer them to someone who already handles this for dozens of PA businesses, who'll pick up within a business day, and who'll pay you recurring revenue for the connection. That's us. That's this partnership.

You already refer clients for things outside your practice. Compliance filings should be one of them.

We're not asking you to build anything, learn anything, or add a service line. We're asking you to have someone in your rolodex when clients need state filings — and get paid for the connection.

Zero ongoing work

Once a client is referred, we onboard them, manage their registered office, track their deadlines, file their annual report, and forward service of process. You don't touch any of it.

White-label options

We can operate visibly as PA CROP Services, or silently under your firm's brand. Client-facing portal, communications, and invoicing can be configured to match your practice.

Recurring revenue

Annual plans renew annually. Multi-year clients compound. Referral fees or revenue-share structures pay ongoing — not just once at signup.

Erie-based, PA-licensed

When you refer, you're not sending clients to a national aggregator. They get a real team at a real office in Erie. That reflects back on your practice.

Client portal access

On multi-client partnerships, we give you read-only portal access to every client you've referred. Filing history, documents, and deadlines visible when you need them at year-end.

No exclusivity

You're not locked in. Refer clients when it makes sense. If it doesn't work for your practice after three months, walk away. We'd rather have good partnerships than binding ones.

Three steps. No paperwork on your side except the first email.

01 Introduce

Tell us about your practice

Apply through the partner form or email directly. We'll talk through your client base, volume, and what structure makes sense — referral fee, revenue share, or white-label. 20 minutes, no pitch, just mapping the fit.

02 Agreement

Sign a simple partner agreement

Two-page document covering referral fees, client ownership, and the ground rules. We send the first version; you redline if needed. Most partners sign within a week of the initial call.

03 Refer & earn

Send clients, earn recurring

Use our intake form, forward an email, or connect us directly. Every client that signs generates recurring revenue to you for as long as they stay. Monthly or quarterly payout.

Same four plans, same public pricing. No partner markup.

Your clients see the same prices anyone else would. No hidden partner fees on their invoice. You earn on the connection, not their pocket.

Straight answers.

The ones that come up on almost every first call.

How does the referral fee structure work?

Two models. Model A: flat referral fee of 20% of first-year revenue, paid within 30 days of client signup. Model B: 15% recurring revenue share for the life of the client. Most CPAs choose Model B for the compounding effect. You pick when we set up the partnership.

Do you handle both LLCs and corporations?

Yes. All four plans cover any PA entity type — domestic and foreign LLCs, business corporations, nonprofits, limited partnerships, LLPs, and business trusts. Deadline tracking adjusts automatically (Corps: June 30, LLCs: Sep 30, LPs/LLPs/trusts: Dec 31).

What happens to my client relationship if I stop referring?

Nothing changes for clients you've already referred. They stay on their plans, we keep serving them, and your revenue share keeps paying as long as they're active (Model B) or you keep your flat fee from initial signup (Model A). We don't recruit your other clients.

Can you white-label under my firm's name?

Yes, with some constraints. The registered office listing on the PA DOS filing must show us as the CROP (that's a state requirement, not a partnership choice). But the client-facing portal, email communications, and invoicing can be branded to your firm. Ask us about Enterprise White-Label for firms with 10+ clients.

What about clients who need legal advice?

We don't give legal advice and we say so clearly to every client. If a referred client has a legal question — entity dispute, structural change, tax controversy — we refer them to you or to a PA-licensed attorney. We stay in the filing and compliance lane.

Is there an exclusivity requirement?

No. Refer clients when it fits. Don't when it doesn't. We'd rather earn the referral each time than lock you into a contract.

No pitch deck. Just a call to see if this fits your practice.

Tell us about your client base, your geography, and what you're currently doing (or not doing) for state filings. We'll propose a partnership structure on the call. If it makes sense, we sign a simple agreement. If not, you've had a useful conversation with a PA colleague either way.
