- Website analytics via Plausible Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies, no personal data)
- Session recordings via Microsoft Clarity: records mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page interactions as anonymized session replays for UX improvement. Clarity does not collect personal data such as passwords or payment details; sensitive fields are masked by default. 4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate PA CROP Services:
- Stripe (stripe.com): Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- SuiteDash (suitedash.com): Client relationship management and document storage.
- Acumbamail (acumbamail.com): Email marketing and newsletter delivery.
- Emailit (emailit.com): Transactional email delivery (welcome emails, reminders, notifications).
- Groq (groq.com): AI language model powering our compliance chatbot. Chatbot conversations are processed by Groq's API but are not used to train their models.
- 20i (20i.com): Web hosting for clients on hosting-included plans.
- Plausible Analytics (plausible.io): Privacy-focused website analytics. No cookies. No personal data.
- Microsoft Clarity (clarity.microsoft.com): Session replay and heatmap analytics. Clarity records anonymized mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page interactions to help us improve the website experience. Sensitive form fields (passwords, payment data) are automatically masked. Clarity may use first-party cookies and local storage to associate sessions. Data is processed by Microsoft. No personal information is sold or used for advertising. 5. Data Retention
We retain client data for the duration of the service relationship plus 3 years for legal and tax compliance purposes. Documents received at your registered office are retained in digital form for 7 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@pacropservices.com.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including: HTTPS encryption on all pages, encrypted API communications, access controls on client data, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights

8. Cookies
